1. Connect the integration
Before you turn on the integration, your company ID (IČO) must be entered in CleverFarm. To check it, contact application support (e-mail: [email protected], phone: +420 518 701 615).
You can connect the integration yourself. Click the user menu in the top right → Manage integrations.
John Deere and CNH
1. Click Connect on the tile.
2. Sign in to your manufacturer account and allow CleverFarm access.
3. In the settings, select your organization and click Save.
4. Turn on Show machines in telematics.
Vidímtě.cz
1. Click Connect.
2. Enter the Client ID and Client secret from Vidímtě.cz.
3. Telematics is switched on automatically.

2. What you see right away
Machines are imported into Catalogues → Machines automatically. The Source column shows where the data comes from.
The main map shows where your machines are and their daily routes. More in Main map.
3. Fill in the machine catalogue
This is where the biggest benefit starts. For each machine in Catalogues → Machines, fill in:
- Production operation – defines what work the machine does.
- Width (m) – used to calculate the processed area.
4. What you get
Evaluated drives in telematics
CleverFarm evaluates the drives every night. It splits them into field work, transfers and transport. It calculates the processed area. You will see the drives the next morning in the logbook under Telematics.
Draft activities in farm records
Field work creates a draft activity. The draft contains the parcels and the processed area. You only add the product, fertilizer or seed and save the activity. You don't have to enter it from scratch.
A draft is created only for machines with a production operation filled in, and only from drives evaluated as field work. No drafts are created from transfer.
Differences between integrations
John Deere and CNH don't send drivers or additional equipment. So set the production operation and width directly on the machine.
Vidímtě.cz also imports workers with a chip and additional equipment. Fill in the production operation and width for the additional equipment too. They take priority over the machine's values.
Good to know
- After connecting, drives are imported at most 24 hours back. Older history isn't transferred.
