Where to find it
Click the user menu in the top right → Manage integrations.
Integrations are split into Active integrations and Inactive integrations.
Each tile shows a status:
Active – the integration is connected and set up.
Incomplete – the integration is connected but no organization is selected yet (John Deere, CNH, FarmENGAGE). Click Settings and select one.
Inactive – the integration is not connected.
A connected integration also shows Connected since.

How to connect
John Deere, CNH Industrial, FarmENGAGE (PTx)
Click Connect on the tile.
Sign in to your manufacturer account and allow CleverFarm access.
Back in CleverFarm, the settings open. Pick an organization in Connect to organization and click Save.
John Deere: if an organization isn't connected yet, click Connect next to it and grant CleverFarm access in John Deere Operations Center.
FarmENGAGE: allow organizations with Manage organizations.
For John Deere and CNH, turn on Show machines in telematics to see machines and drives in telematics. The farm must have a company ID (IČO) filled in.
Click Connect.
Enter the Client ID and Client secret issued by Vidímtě.cz and click Connect.
Telematics is switched on automatically. You can change the client secret later in Settings.
AGIntegrated (Fleet Connector)
Click Connect, enter your name and e-mail and click Enable.
In Settings, click Continue – register your machines on the AGIntegrated website.
VarioDoc
Click Connect, enter your VarioDoc username and password and click Turn on.
After switching on a telematics integration
After connecting John Deere, CNH or Vidímtě.cz, machines are imported into Catalogues automatically (for Vidímtě.cz also workers and additional equipment). The Source column shows where each record came from.
The integration doesn't provide everything. Fill in the rest yourself, otherwise drives can't be approved:
Machines (Catalogues → Machines)
Production operation – without it the drive has no operation and can't be approved.
Width (m) – without it the processed area isn't calculated and field drives can't be approved.
Category – John Deere and CNH guess it from the machine type (tractor, combine, sprayer…); other machines get "Other". Vidímtě.cz doesn't provide a category at all. The Machine group follows the category.
Licence plate – John Deere and CNH don't provide it. Vidímtě.cz fills it only when the field is empty, so it never overwrites yours.
Additional equipment (Catalogues → Additional equipment, Vidímtě.cz only)
Width (m) and Production operation – when a machine has equipment attached, the operation and width are taken from the equipment first. Your edits are kept on the next sync.
Workers (Catalogues → Workers)
Vidímtě.cz imports workers with an identification chip, including their name. Workers without a chip are skipped.
John Deere and CNH don't provide workers, so assign the worker to drives in the logbook yourself.
Note: machines and workers under Telematics are only logbook views. Edit machine and worker details in Catalogues.
When the data shows up
Machines (for Vidímtě.cz also workers and additional equipment) sync every 10 minutes.
Drives are built overnight – you'll see them in the logbook the next morning.
Drives are imported at most 24 hours back from connecting. Older history isn't transferred.
A new machine added at the manufacturer appears on the next sync; only then are drives recorded for it.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect on the tile. Syncing stops; machines, workers, additional equipment and drives already in CleverFarm stay.
Turning off Show machines in telematics for John Deere or CNH closes that integration's machines in the catalogue (valid to today). Turning it back on restores them, including your edits.
Known limitations
Vidímtě.cz doesn't send ignition status; CleverFarm derives it from speed. A machine standing still with the engine running shows as switched off.
Switching on telematics for John Deere and CNH requires the farm's company ID (IČO).
