Custom Rules for Work Evaluation
In the Telematics module, you can now set up your own custom rules for evaluating field work. This feature gives users full control over how the system interprets individual machine drives — and when a drive should be considered just a transfer rather than field work. This helps eliminate incorrect work evaluations, which could previously occur due to inaccurate GPS data or specific on-farm work procedures.
Each user can define rules according to their own needs — for example, specify that work on a particular crop, culture, or operation should not be recorded as field work. These rules are automatically applied during nightly data processing, resulting in cleaner and more accurate records that don’t require later correction or deletion from agricultural record-keeping.
You can find the rule settings in the Telematics section under the gear icon.
And if you’re unsure how to set them up, there’s a question mark icon in the same section with a detailed guide and practical examples on how to use the rules effectively.
This new functionality helps tailor the system to the specific conditions of each farm, ensuring that work evaluation truly reflects real activity in the field.
Easier Manual Work Entry
Entering manual work records in CleverFarm Telematics is now much faster and clearer! You can now record multiple work segments — for example, different operations throughout the day — within a single form, without having to reopen it multiple times. The system automatically checks for time overlaps, helping you avoid errors and unnecessary corrections.
The form is now also accessible directly from the Workers section, and it automatically pre-fills the name and date. A “Go to next day” button has been added to make it easier to enter records for multiple days in a row. And if you need to make a change, you can now edit a manual work record directly, without having to delete and recreate it.
Thanks to these improvements, managing manual work is now faster, more accurate, and simpler — freeing up more time for actual fieldwork.
Speed Chart in Telematics Details
In the machine detail view, there’s now an option to display a speed chart for a selected time period using a new button.
When you hover over a section of the chart, the date, time, and current speed for that segment appear. At the same time, that part of the route is highlighted with a green icon directly on the map.
On the left side of the chart, you’ll find a color legend that helps you easily interpret speed levels throughout the entire recorded route.
