The map, as the application's home screen, gives you a basic overview of your farm. In the top left corner you'll find five icons: Layers, Parcels, Thematic Maps, Telematics, and Measurement. You can freely pan and zoom the map using your mouse or the tools in the bottom right corner.
Layers
The Layers tab lets you turn individual map layers on and off, for example to check whether a field falls within a groundwater or surface water protection zone, or to see where the nearest watercourse runs.
Available layers:
Orthophoto
Topographic map
LPIS
Surface water
Cadastral municipality
Cadastral map
Groundwater protection zones
Surface water protection zones
Protection zone from population
Landscape features (actual)
Landscape features (last year)
Contour lines
Parcels
In the Parcels tab, the current state is displayed automatically, but you can switch to up to four upcoming seasons. You can search for a field by name, short code, or crop.
All fields are displayed automatically, but you can hide or show them all at once. Use the eye icon to filter out a specific field from the selection, and the target icon to center the map on that field.
Parcel detail
Clicking on a specific field opens a panel with its detailed information:
Parcel name
Block number
Crop
Area (ha)
Culture
Last action
Valid from
Zones
Average elevation
Average slope
NSA
This information lets you quickly see, for example, what the last activity performed on the field was, without having to open the field detail to find out.
Thematic Maps
In the Thematic Maps tab, sown crops are displayed automatically, but you can switch to showing sowings or land use categories instead.
All fields are displayed automatically, but you can hide or show them all at once. Use the crosshair icon to center the map on a given field.
Telematics
The tractor icon is mainly relevant for telematics users. For a detailed description of working with telematics on the map, see the article Main Map.
Measurement
The Measurement tab lets you measure distances on the map, for example how far away the nearest watercourse is.
Click with your mouse to mark point A, then move to the spot on the map where you want to place point B and click twice with your mouse. This ends the measurement, and a line connecting the two points appears along with the measured distance.
Use the target icon to center the map on the measured points, and the trash can icon to delete the measurement.
